About image
NGC 918 is a barred spiral galaxy in the constellation Aries, about 67 million light years from the Milky Way.
It is interesting because it is overlapped prospettically with the Integrated Flux Nebula (IFN) - belonging to our galaxy - which is particularly evident in this area of the sky.
